3. Digital Product Delivery

Your eBook download link is sent automatically to the email address entered at checkout immediately after successful payment. Email arrival can take a few minutes. Check your Inbox, Spam, Junk, Promotions and Updates folders. If you still cannot find the email or cannot access the file, visit our Contact page with your order number and checkout email address.

4. Intellectual Property

All content sold on SHAONK, including eBooks and guides, is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share the content without prior written consent from SHAONK.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and instant delivery, eBook purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law.
