No Returns or Refunds on Digital Products
All products sold on SHAONK are digital products (eBooks, guides, and downloadable content). Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and no returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable once the product has been successfully delivered to your registered email address or download link has been provided.
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing a digital product that is delivered electronically.
- Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed.
- No refunds will be issued after successful delivery of the digital product.
Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a resolution in the following exceptional circumstances only:
- Non-delivery: You did not receive the download link or email within 24 hours of payment, and the issue is confirmed on our end.
- Corrupted file: The file delivered is corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same product twice on the same order.
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at support@shaonk.in with your order details and proof of the issue. We will review and respond within 2 business days.
No Chargebacks
We request that customers contact us directly at support@shaonk.in before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.
