Digital Product Refund Policy

SHAONK is an eBook store. Our eBooks are digital PDFs delivered online by email after successful payment. We do not sell or ship printed books or hard copies.

No returns, exchanges or refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products and instant delivery, eBook purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review the product description, language, format and bundle contents carefully before purchasing.

Delivery or file problems

If you cannot find your delivery email, check Spam, Junk, Promotions and Updates folders for the email address used at checkout. If your download link is missing, the wrong file was delivered, or a file will not open, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and checkout email address. We will investigate and help resolve access or file issues.

This policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
